Box2D r57

Erin just checked in a few changes to Box2D on google code which we will be porting to Box2D.XNA shortly.

We will update the recommended download to this release when we have it ported (should be very soon), which also includes a few bug fixes and optimizations in our port

Sorry for the delay, we are very close to having an update to mach the latest revision.  Box2D is up to r55 now but most of the revisions are minor or don't affect the engine itself.

We will probably update to r36 first and then make a follow up check-in for the remaining small revisions to get us up to r55.

We are now synced to the latest revision of Box2D on google code, r57.

We had a couple of bugs which we have recently ironed out, so there are no known issues.  We will play around with it for a few days and then if no new issues appear update the recommended release to this revision.

We did notice a slight perf hit with this latest revision but it is not well understood what regressed.  We have an issue to track that down and reclaim the 10% hit on Pyramid test.
